One of the many, many reasons I am happy with our move to Salem. I tried making wine for a while, and beer too. Both very satisfying. I love the gurgle. I gave up however, and have set my sights on another joy of the mycological variety - cheese making. I recently found a place that provides lessons and will sell raw goat milkto you, not to mention all of the supplies. I will let you know how the chevre turns out. Jealous.
